Stop living your life worrying about what other people think. I know that's easier said than done, but TRUST ME. You will find a whole new light in your life when you start living your life to make YOURSELF proud. We waste so much emotion over stressing about what other people think of us.
So what if they don't like your outfit? I bet you feel beautiful. That person (no offense) probably wont think about you and your outfit twice. But you'll be thinking about how gorgeous you feel ALL DAY. When you wake up in the morning, think about how you can make today the best day ever. What are some things you can do that you have control over that will make today great for you? Focus on those things, focus on your mental health, focus on your happiness. You got this.
You want the secret? The secret to being happier? The secret to radiating positivity? To bringing joy to those around you? To living a more positive life? Smile. Smile when you're worried. Smile when your scared. Smile when you see someone who isn't smiling. Smile right now. Feel better? Carry on. :)
Forgive yourself for all the mistakes you think you've made
We spend so much of our lives (I know I do anyways), worrying about things in the past or things in the future I have no control over. Who told me to worry? My anxieties. No one else told me to worry about it. Once you realize you control your fears, they do not control you, your life will change. Worried about that thing you said to your boss because he replied with "k"? Why? He was probably just busy, move on with your life and go buy a new plant.
